By registering for or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

• Candidate (“Professional”, “Applicant”, “you”, “your”): An individual who registers on the Website to seek employment opportunities.
• Company (“Employer”, “Business”): An entity that subscribes to the Platform to access candidate information and post job advertisements for recruitment purposes.
• Subscription: A paid membership plan for Companies to access certain features or data.
• User: Any individual or organisation using the Website (Candidates and Companies collectively).

2. Introduction

Acculite is a subscription-based platform designed to connect businesses with finance professionals. By using our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website.
• Companies must be legally incorporated or operating businesses in the UK or permitted jurisdictions.

3. Subscriptions (Companies Only)

• Acculite operates on a subscription basis. For monthly subscriptions, billing will be one month in advance.
• All prices are in GBP (£).
• Payment is taken via a secure third-party processor. By submitting your payment details, you authorise us to process transactions via trusted providers.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
• Annual subscriptions are fixed for 12 months and must be paid in full upfront.
• Companies can manage or cancel their subscription via their account settings.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
• Uploaded content may be used, copied, or shared under licence necessary for site operation. Users retain ownership of uploaded content.

4. Free Trial for Employers

• We may offer a free trial to new Employers for a limited period.
• Employers will not be charged during the trial; after expiry, a paid plan is required to continue access.
• Only one free trial per company or account is allowed. Abuse will result in termination.

5. Acceptable Use

• Candidates may create profiles, upload CVs, apply to jobs, and communicate with Employers.
• Employers may contact candidates, advertise roles, and create promotional content within their subscription.
• Users must not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or attempt unauthorised access.
• Acculite may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
• We do not guarantee job placement or interview outcomes.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Employers agree to use candidate data solely for recruitment purposes in compliance with data protection laws.
• Misuse or resale of candidate data will result in termination and potential legal action.
• We may process and analyse data to improve services and functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content (except user uploads) is owned by or licensed to Acculite.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Contracts between Candidates and Employers are independent of Acculite.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• You are responsible for using antivirus protection and secure internet access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
